Refund policy

Overview

All books sold through our website are printed to order through our global printing partner IngramSpark and fulfilled via DemonDMS.

Because each book is produced specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

However, we will always resolve any issues involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.



Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged during shipping

  • with printing defects

  • or you receive the wrong item

please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the item and packaging

  • a brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • a replacement copy at no cost, or

  • a full refund

You will not be required to return the damaged book unless requested.



Change of Mind

As all books are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or unwanted items.

Please review book descriptions carefully before purchasing.



Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.

If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.



Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders are sent to production shortly after purchase.

Once an order enters production it cannot be cancelled or modified.

If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.



Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
