All books ordered through our website are printed and fulfilled through our global print-on-demand partner IngramSpark.
Because each book is printed when you order it:

Processing time: 2–5 business days

Shipping time: depends on the shipping option selected at checkout

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays)
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Unfortunately due to Ingram not currently having a Canadian print on demand location, orders shipped to Canada mostly come from the USA and may be subject to:

These charges are determined by Canadian authorities and are not included in your order total.
