A Saint Patrick’s Day present for you šŸ€

LƔ Fheile PƔdraig shona daoibh go leir!

In these strange and worrisome times I want to send you a big green (appropriately socially distanced) hug.

Wishing all of my readers and friends a very happy St Patrickā€™s Day. We wonā€™t be doing our usual celebrations but we are a resilient and resourceful bunch down here in Sydney. The bacon and cabbage is on, the soda bread in the oven, the kids have decorated the house in green, and there may even be a a drop of something medicinal to wash it all down! The Irish music is blasting away and we are going to have a great time.

Now, I mentioned a present. And considering everyone is holed up at home, or trying their very best to deliver or sell food, tend to the sick or needy, or just trying not to catch the flipping thing, I want to give you a digital copy of one of my books as a present. Now, I know some of you have read all of my books (thank you) and more of you have read one, more have read most, so hereā€™s what Iā€™m going to do.

Iā€™ll include links to two of my books. You can choose one. (of course you can download both as well but thatā€™s not really in the spirit of this) Choose one you havenā€™t read and have it on me. Curl up on the couch, make a cuppa and relax with a (hopefully) good story.

Please keep this gift for yourself only ā€“ donā€™t share the links. Again thatā€™s not in the spirit of it either. So with a full and open heart, a fervent wish that we all stay safe and well, and a hope that St Patrick himself is guiding the hands of the doctors, nurses, scientists, and all the others around the world who are fighting this.
